The Man Who Planted Trees

Thanks to The Woodland Trust’s ‘Free Trees For Schools’ scheme some of our Year 7 students have been out planting trees today. After a short assembly about “The Man Who Planted Trees” we went out and planted a small copse to enhance the biodiversity and aesthetic quality of our grass bank. The students will be able to watch their trees grow and feel proud that they have made a positive contribution to nature.
