The school council have had their monthly meeting - on the agenda was deciding on who our Christmas charity fund raising should support and Mrs Jordan was tasked with researching a second Guide Dog to sponsor!

Mrs Marchand Smith asked for feedback for the student well-being survey and Mrs Eglinton explained about the rising costs of the Rewards cabinet and how many house points were now needed. Everyone was in agreement.

Pete our Site Manager was also there to answer any questions and Julia our Catering Manager was asking for menu feedback and it was agreed that the Bubble Coated Salmon was not popular and will be replaced by fish fingers.

It was decided that instead of selling Valentine biscuits this year we would exchange a valentine biscuit for an item for our food bank collection in the run up to half term. All our swops will go to our local food bank.

Thanks to Miss Oakes and Miss Nicks for supporting us.
