Katherine Kent from NFU Farmers for Schools came in today to talk to Key Stage 3 about her life as a Farmer on Warleigh Barton Farm. She spoke about the variety and challenges in her day and what opportunities there are for working in the industry. The students enjoyed the talk and responded well and several said it would be something they would like to do when they are older. Katherine enjoyed all the questions from the students and hopefully the school will be able to make links with her farm going forward.
